this vlog post is fantastic! Do try to get it on the Arlington public access channel. the pepsi bottle in front of the tv, and then the classic candle...very good effect. the kind of thing lots of people should see. and the turkey carcass was a very nice touch, it added a good picure of chopped up brutality. i had a thanksgiving potluck with a group of Yanks over here, and the whole thing ended with two of the guys drawing a smiley face on the carcass with markers and then we all marched it in a procession outside and threw it in the canal behind campus. it all started so civilized...or civilised. so yes, turkey carcasses are great metaphorical symbols that really should have been used by the likes of mediocre artisans like Jane Austen. I'll call up Penguin and get them to put a screenshot of your thanksgiving carcass on the cover of the next edition. anyhow, congrats on a great vlog post. it was very strange to hear your disembodied voice, and ruby and a.mb's in Inside Pomegranate. short vlogs like these are a great diversion from my terrible, terrible essays i'm writing right now...just long enough to get me away from writing for a bit, but not so long that i'm wasting valuable time. I can't wait to hand in the essays, turn off the computer and go explore london again. all this being indoors is getting to me. say hi to the other two for me and see you soon!
